METHODOLOGIES:
I use a holistic approach to treatment, viewing the emotional state as intrinsically connected to the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of being. A variety of approaches are utilized, including Thought Field Therapy and mindfulness, to promote self-empowerment in working toward an improved sense of health and well-being.
