METHODOLOGIES:
Yoga Instructor as well as Clinical Social Worker. Can do guided visualizations and deep relaxations for healing, as well as traditional "talk-therapy", and can utilize TFT. Believe deeply in creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which healing can occur. Lots of experience with women's issues, racial identity issues, gender identity issues, depression, low self esteem, anxiety and love couples counseling. Over 20 years of therapy experience.
