METHODOLOGIES:
I offer counseling/psychotherapy to adults and couples with a wide range of concerns. I work collaboratively with you from a strengths based perspective drawing on cognitive behavioral strategies, experiential, and creative arts modalities. I practice TFT, Healing Touch, Therapeutic touch and Reiki and offer them adjunctively where desired.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I am trained as a psychotherapist both traditionally and in psychospiritual and energy modalities. I attend Mary Sise's TFT supervision group regularly and a Healing Touch practice group. You will never have to talk to a secretary or answering service and your treatment will not be dictated by your insurance company.
