I use an eclectic and holistic approach including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis and TFT

I counsel individuals, families and couples and offer presentations and seminars for self growth and personal development.

I specialize in self-esteem issues, communication skills development, anger management issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions.

I attend supervision group.
