METHODOLOGIES:
I offer a blend of traditional and complementary therapies including energy psychotherapy and mind-body techniques such as: Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Meditation, Guided Visualization, and insight-oriented and solution-focused therapy. Also, I offer energy wellness workshops for individuals and groups. I strive to empower my clients by providing them with the tools needed to assist with building and strengthening internal resources for self-healing and well-being. I believe therapy is a process intended to increase joy, vitality and resilience; facilitate healing and growth; and create long-term change.
