Betsy offers both traditional and complementary therapies to promote healing, growth and personal change. Betsy comes from a family systems perspective and incorporates energy psychology into her holistic approach. She has counseled individuals, couples and families for over 30 years. She uses an eclectic approach including visualization, relaxation, creative arts, TFT, short and long term therapy, all uniquely tailored to the individual needs.Specializing in: Bereavement, grief and loss, Couples and family issues,

Attends Mary Sise’s Energy Psychology Supervision Group, founding member of IPC, attends peer supervision group for on-going clinical expertise, and a member of bereavement network in capital region.
