I have been trained in various modalities including: addictions recovery, co-dependency, energy psychology, and other cognitive/behavioral approaches. I have fifteen years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, couples, families and groups. During this time, I have been running support groups for people struggling with difficult times in their life cycles. In addition, I have been a student of the “Course in Miracles” since 1996.

I attend several regional and national conferences for on-going education and training each year, and am a member of Mary Sise’s Energy Psychology Super-vision Group.
