The Center for Integrative Psychotherapy, Inc. was founded to promote psychotherapeutic methodologies that integrate the mind, body and spirit and to support health practitioners in their own journey of self-integration.

Weekly Meditation Group
Tuesday Evenings from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
This group, based on the teachings of Her Holiness Sai Maa, meets every Tuesday at the NEW offices of The Center for Integrative Psychotherapy at 596 Old Loudon Road (Route 9), Latham (behind Starbuck's) from 6-7:30pm. The meetings usually includes some discussion, a guided meditation and pure light blessing (diksha). If you are wanting to learn more about spirituality, come and spend a peaceful, centering evening.

Spiritual Book Discussion Group: Practical Spirituality

Are you looking for a place to discuss spiritual books? Haven’t learned about God since grammer school days??? Looking for like minded seekers trying to make sense of who am I ? Why did I come to planet earth? And Why do I suffer? This is a place to discuss spiritual concepts, expand your thinking. It is not religion!
There is something about the energy of a book that comes alive when you share it with others. In addition, by sharing thoughts and ideas you more fully integrate spiritual concepts into your daily life, inspiring others to do the same.
If you are interested in being part of this noon time discussion group, please email me with what dates and times might work for you. Bring your lunch if you wish.

Sai Maa Diksha Training
at The Center for Integrative Psychotherapy, 596 Old Loudon Road, Latham (behind Starbuck's)
Diksha is an energy blessing transferred from an Enlightened Master to a student. Sai Maa Diksha is a special type of Diksha: it pours light into the mid-brain, helping to release fears and blocked energy, initiating you into the process of enlightenment. Sai Maa has now made this available to all, and allows us to train others to give this blessing to humanity. Mary offers periodic trainings in Diksha. The training initiates you into this blessing, enabling you to offer it to others and also to initiate others to offer it. There is no fee for this gift. No pre-registration is needed.
