Getting you well and keeping you healthy for over 20 years.
For over 20 years, we have provided integrated individual care for psychiatric patients. Our person-centered approach makes getting well easy, we offer everything that a psychiatric patient would need under our umbrella.
When a person trusts our board-certified physicians with their care, they do not need to be referred elsewhere. We oversee medications, therapy, and interventional care such as TMS, ketamine, PRISM, Botox, and more. Because we offer the full range of treatment options, a patient is treated according to what our doctors think would work best and not what is available.
Our goal is to get you as well as possible, as fast as possible, with as little as possible.
Psychiatric illness is medical illness, and we treat it that way. The same rigor any good physician brings to a complicated case, applied to the brain. We pair the trusted tools with the emerging ones, and we have the experience to know which a given patient needs.
They impact multiple areas of your life and multiple systems within your body. We look at your symptoms from a brain-based lens. We know what our interventions can do and what they cannot, and we guide you toward wellbeing using all the tools that both psychiatry and medicine has to offer.
You do not need to be your own case manager, carrying records from office to office and recounting your history to multiple providers. Traditional psychiatry, psychotherapy, and the full neuromodulation program sit in one place, under physicians who practice across all of it.
The foundation for most psychiatric clinics: comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluation, evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, cognitive testing, and pharmacogenetic testing.
TMS, IV ketamine infusions, PRISM for PTSD, tDCS, Botox for depression and anxiety, vagal and cranial nerve stimulation, and biofeedback — interventional options prescribed when they are the best option, not when nothing else has worked.
We match the treatment to the person rather than to what the practice happens to offer. When the answer is a prescription, you get a prescription. When it is non-invasive brain stimulation or IV ketamine, it is down the hall.
Among the first practices in the country to use TMS for psychiatric illness, starting in 2010. We have been involved in clinical trials and outcome studies for TMS, and were a leading recruitment site for the study of TMS in adolescent depression.
Our physicians are the researchers advancing and shaping mental health care. We contribute to national guidelines and are able to offer our patients the most cutting-edge and up-to-date treatments and information. For many years, our doctors have been involved in education at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and lecture nationally on psychiatric topics.

The first step is a phone call. A member of our team answers, listens to what brought you in, and schedules your appointment with the physician suited to your situation.
Before that visit, we send questionnaires and screening tools to complete at home, so your appointment is spent on you rather than on paperwork. The first appointment is a full psychiatric and medical evaluation. Your physician reviews your history, your past treatments, what helped and what did not, and builds a plan from there. If that plan calls for interventional treatment, it happens in the same practice, guided by the same physician.
Reach a person at (502) 327-7701 and tell us what brought you to us.
At a time that works, with the right physician.
Tools to fill out beforehand, so your appointment time is spent on you.
A full evaluation, and a plan built for you.
We accept insurance for TMS. If TMS is part of your treatment, our team handles the insurance side and tells you what to expect before anything begins. Your care is in the hands of trusted professionals, not an insurance company. If you have questions about cost, our team is ready to assist.
The first step is a phone call. The next is a plan built around you.
