The Full Range of Psychiatric Treatments Integrated Into Your Care

We match the treatment to you.

Traditional psychiatry and advanced neuromodulation, practiced by the same physicians, in the same place.

The Integrative Psychiatry Approach

The right treatment is the one matched to the person in front of us.

Psychiatric illness is medical illness, and we treat it that way. We look at your symptoms through a brain-based lens, we know what each of our treatments can and cannot do, and we build the plan around your situation. Good enough is not good enough. We aim for remission, for the moment you feel like yourself again.

The treatments most practices can't offer.

Traditional & Whole-Person Care

The foundation of every plan.

Medical Management

Diagnosis and medication, handled by experienced pharmacologists. We evaluate, prescribe, monitor, and adjust. Our physicians help you navigate medications, supplements, hormones, and lifestyle using pharmacogenetic and cognitive testing. The goal: as well as possible, as fast as possible, with as little as possible.

  • Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
  • Medication prescribing, monitoring, and adjustment
  • Pharmacogenetic (genetic) testing to guide medication choice
  • Patient education and ongoing review

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Your evaluation is the foundation of everything that follows. A full psychiatric and medical workup: your history, your symptoms, your past treatments, what helped and what did not. We use scales, measures, and testing to get the full picture.

You leave with a diagnosis you understand and a plan built for you, not a generic protocol.

Psychotherapy

Therapy helps with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship strain, and more — on its own or alongside medication and interventional care. Work with a licensed therapist or with our doctors; every one of our physicians is trained in psychotherapy, so the talking and the prescribing stay connected.

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
  • Exposure therapy and response prevention (ERP)
  • Psychodynamic and supportive therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Behavioral health coaching
  • Couples therapy and complex family dynamics

Botox for Depression & Anxiety

Most people know Botox for wrinkles and migraines. Its use in psychiatry is newer, and we are the regional experts in it. Injecting specific facial muscles changes how the brain processes emotion, and studies show it can improve symptoms of depression and anxiety, independent of any cosmetic effect.

Cognitive & Neurocognitive Testing

Objective, state-of-the-art tools to measure how your brain is actually functioning — memory, attention, and executive function. Results let your physician track impairment and improvement over time and adjust your plan accordingly.

Conditions we assess: ADHD, dementia, autism, depression, concussion and traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and more.

Nutritional Supplementation & CBD

We do not stop at medication. Diet, micronutrients, and the right supplements support brain health, mood, inflammation, hormones, and cognition. Our physicians have real depth in nutraceuticals, phytoceuticals, adaptogens, and hormone replacement, and offer select supplements and physician-formulated CBD products when they fit your care.

Medical Cannabis / THC

Kentucky now permits medical cannabis for certain qualifying conditions. As part of our whole-person, brain-body approach, our physicians can evaluate whether medical cannabis belongs in your plan and guide its use under state law.

Qualifying conditions include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic or severe pain, cancer, neuropathy, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and Parkinson's disease, along with seizures, multiple sclerosis or muscle spasms, chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting, terminal illness, HIV/AIDS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and glaucoma.

What to Know

How payment works.

We accept insurance for TMS, and are fee-for-service for our other services. If TMS is part of your treatment, our team handles the insurance side and tells you what to expect before anything begins. Our other services are fee-for-service. If you have questions about cost, our team is ready to walk you through it.
