Dr. Schrodt completed his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Louisville (B.A. with honors in philosophy, 1975; M.D., 1979). After finishing his psychiatric residency in 1983, he joined the medical school faculty as Director of the Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine programs at Norton Psychiatric Clinic. He has written and lectured nationally and internationally on cognitive therapy, adolescent psychiatry, and mood disorders.
As Principal Investigator of the TMS research program at Integrative Psychiatry, he has helped shape how the treatment is studied and delivered. He is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
The American Psychiatric Association has named him a Distinguished Life Fellow, and he was a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. He is past president of both the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association and the Greater Louisville Medical Society, and past chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Kentucky Medical Association.
Dr. Farooqui treats patients with both conventional psychiatry and cutting-edge interventional techniques, and is recognized nationally for his work with ketamine, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and Botox for psychiatric symptoms. He has lectured locally and nationally and published across academic and general media.
Beyond the clinic, he holds leadership positions with the Greater Louisville Medical Society, NAMI Louisville, the Southern Psychiatric Association, and the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association, where he serves as Treasurer and Chairman of the Scientific Committee. He advises pharmaceutical and neuromodulation companies and medical practices across the country.
He earned his medical degree at the University of Kentucky in 2010 and matched into Neurological Surgery at the University of Missouri. After leaving neurosurgery, he worked in healthcare consulting and held administrative and leadership roles before beginning his psychiatric training.
Dr. Stinnett's career in psychiatry has focused on outpatient psychopharmacology. She has special interest in women's issues and mood disorders in the adolescent through geriatric population. Dr. Stinnett is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
She received her undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College (B.S. cum laude in biology, 1987), graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
Dr. Davis trained in psychiatry at the University of Louisville, followed by an Administrative Psychiatry fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Mount Auburn Hospital. She is board certified in Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
She is active in psychiatric and medical leadership at the state and national level through the Kentucky Medical Association, the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychosocial Oncology Society, and the Southern Psychiatric Association. Alongside her work at Integrative Psychiatry, she consults for oncologists and hospitals building psychosocial oncology programs.
Julie Cornell is a licensed Marital and Family Therapist and a Clinical Fellow. She holds a Specialist in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from Spalding University, and belongs to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the Kentucky Association of Systemic Therapists, the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, the Tri-State Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and Psi Chi.
Over thirty years she has worked with clients across the full range of psychiatric concerns, with specialized training in co-occurring disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Her toolkit spans DBT, CBT, hypnosis, marital and family therapy, group work, and mindfulness meditation. Her systems training lets her work fluidly with doctors, nurses, parents, couples, and social workers to manage what each patient needs.
A University of Louisville psychology graduate with added training in biofeedback, Zach is a research-level certified TMS operator and has trained and supported TMS practices around the country.
Research and interventions coordinator, and ketamine, PRISM, and TMS technician. Alexis coordinates the practice's clinical research and interventional services and works hands-on across ketamine, PRISM, and TMS care.
Matt supports patients through the front of the practice and works alongside the clinical team across ketamine, PRISM, and TMS treatment.
Wendy runs the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Tessa helps patients with scheduling, questions, and everything that makes a visit run smoothly, and is often the first person patients reach.
Mirsado manages the insurance and billing side of TMS care.
In Memoriam
In August 2024, our team lost one of its own. Alex played a vital role in our TMS services and served as our Office Research Coordinator. His patients, family, and friends miss his presence, his dedication, and his warmth.
